I made this hat from an Otto High Cross foam trucker cap. I carefully trimmed the bill down for a sleeker profile, pressed on a premium leather patch, and distressed the fabric by hand with a variety of tools for a lived-in look. To finish it off, I used a blow torch to add depth and subtle char marks that give the hat character and a one-of-a-kind finish.
