We DO NOT offer 2-day shipping. All packages are sent out via USPS ground advantage.
Currently turnaround time is 3-6 business days but can take up to two weeks.
Holiday + Sale Promotions - shipping times may increase
We primarily use USPS as our primary postal couriers at this time.

At The Print Shop, we strive to make online shopping a smooth and hassle-free experience.
We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:
Customers may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Upon inspection of the item, customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment. Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded on returns made online or in-store. If a customer requests to return an item after 30 days, they will be issued store credit, upon inspection of the item.
We do not accept returns for sale items.
Customers may exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Please include a note with your information and the item you would like to exchange for.
We do not provide exchanges for sale items

Each month, we choose a shirt that best fits that month’s design, vibe, and print style. That means the exact shirt brand, fabric, fit, and care instructions may vary slightly from drop to drop.
Most shirts will have a soft, everyday fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
To keep your print looking its best, always follow the care instructions included with your monthly shirt. In general, we recommend:
Machine wash cold
Wash inside out
Hang dry when possible
Tumble dry low if needed
Avoid high heat
Do not iron directly over the printBecause each monthly drop may be printed on a different shirt style, washing instructions may change depending on the garment. We’ll make sure each drop includes the best care guidance for that specific shirt.
