All private events add a flat $750 event fee: design consult, full styled setup, two crew for up to three service hours, teardown, and travel within 25 miles of Jackson town square (Teton Village and Wilson included). Wyoming sales tax added. 50% deposit holds your date.

How much does a hat bar cost in Jackson Hole?
Packages run from $35 to $85 per guest depending on the hat and customization level, plus a flat $750 event fee covering setup, two crew for three service hours, teardown, and travel within 25 miles of Jackson town square. Most weddings land between $5,000 and $8,000 all-in — and every guest leaves wearing the favor.
Can you make a custom patch with our names or logo?
Yes — that's what makes us different. Our design team creates your wedding patch or company logo patch and we produce it in-house on our own laser engraver, DTF printer, and patch equipment. No minimums, no outsourcing, no six-week lead times.
Do you travel to Teton Village, Wilson, and venues outside Jackson?
Yes. Travel within 25 miles of Jackson town square — including Teton Village, Wilson, and most valley venues — is included. Moran, Alta/Grand Targhee, Teton Valley Idaho, and Star Valley are a small per-mile add-on.
How far in advance should we book?
For June–September weddings, 6 to 12 months ahead is safest — Jackson Hole vendors book out early. Corporate, school, and off-season dates can often be accommodated with 4 to 6 weeks' notice. A 50% deposit holds your date.
How many guests can a hat bar serve?
From private sessions of 10 up to events of 300+. Our presses finish 40 to 100 hats an hour, so a 100-guest welcome party moves comfortably through a three-hour window with no lines.
What do you need from our venue?
A 10x10 to 10x20 footprint, one standard outlet, and load-in access about 90 minutes before service. We bring everything else, including a tent for outdoor events, and we provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue at no charge.
Do you do corporate events, school events, and trade shows?
Yes — logo hat bars for corporate retreats and conferences, budget-friendly printed hat bars for schools, and booth activations for trade shows in Jackson. We can also handle your event signage, apparel, and merch in the same order.
